Exercises to lose belly fat
Aerobic activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, or swimming for 30 minutes a day, three to four times a week is essential to lose belly fat. Effects of aerobics can be seen not only on belly but on the whole body. Other effective exercises to lose belly fat include cardiovascular and weight training exercises. They build your muscles and burn a lot more calories than aerobics. This will also increase your metabolism rate. Always keep your stomach tight while doing exercises. It is also a good idea to join some sort of fitness club or slimming center.
Eating healthy diet to lose belly fat and doing regular exercises to lose belly fat are the most effective solutions to weight loss problems. Remember if you lose weight quickly, your body tends to gain it back. In order to maintain your weight you need to have regular workout sessions and eat a well balanced diet.

AKU & DIET
heh heh heh D.I.E.T nie satu benda yang paling last skali aku nak letak dalam to do list aku dulu...but memandangkan keadaan skang ni makin serius maka aku terpaksa meng'up' levelkan (word baru yek..takde dalam kamus dewan) program itu bagi memastikan kesejahteraan aku di masa akan datang..tue pun setelah terkejut apabila badan ku yang memang sedia montel ini naik lagi sehinggakan aku tak dapat memakai lagi pakaian ku untuk ke pejabat...hurm...so sad okeyh...sampai nanges mak dibuatnya...sib bek en mahadhir tersayang sudi nak dengan luahan rasa hati aku di saat itu...beliau yang panik dikala mendengar suara aku menanges terus cakap "eh sapa yang pandai pandai kata awek aku gemuk nie?" (walhal memang aku gemuks pun) then yang paling tak tahan "eh pa tengok ma okey jek..mungkin ma terbesar sikit kot"..pujuk beliau...ahaks..paling tak tahan skali bila beliau cakap "takpe takpe..nanti pa bagi duit ma gi beli kellogs fitness yerk..tapi ma janji dgan pa tau..ma kena ikut diet yang seimbang and jangan makan nasik"..so itu janji aku dan di kala ini aku dah hampir 2 minggu tak makan nasik daaa...dulu kalu tk makan nasik sekali dalam sehari badan siap mengigil lagi...
now i know its only mindset jek tue...skang aku hidup jek even tak makan nasik pun...everyday aku makan cornflakes, buah, wholemeal bread, sup (yang tasteless) and yang paling penting NO ICE hokeyh...huhuhu tak sangka aku boleh buat...paling tak boleh tahan is bila aku sendiri yang bangun pagi ikut budak-budak ghumah aku gi membakar lemak lemak tepu dengan berjogging n main badminton (kesian cik betty sebab jadi partner aku men badminton) hahahahaha...baru dia tau betapa bangkunya tangan aku..dari skolah aku memang tak involve dalam sport...tapi yek kengkawan aku bukan suka hati yerk..aku dah gi jumpe dietician aku dah...so ikut nasihat doktor...sib bek opis dekat dengan spital...so boleh lah jumpe kejap...so far okey lah...badan rasa ringan sikit but belum ringan cam dulu lah...but whatever it is still need to work out jugak...nak makan ubat takoot lah...(padahal tak mampu).

am happy with what i did now and hopefully i will stay n continue this until i achieve my target figure..lepaih tue tinggal maintain jek...buat masa skang nie i have to say bye bye to sebarang jenis nasik, daging, cheesecake, iced water, and many more..cant list out sebab banyak sangat benda yang aku suke makan...huhuhuhu..
dah yang paling penting sekali ialah Noor Ellina Jaafar (aku ler) skang dah pandai makan SAYUR...hah hah I love Vegetable (tak ikhlas yer ayat disebelah tue)..ngee..so every morning aku dah gantikan nasi lemak dgan 5 keping weetameal biscuit...for lunch aku dah ganti kan nasik campur dgn 3 keping wholemeal bread with sup yang aku masak sendiri n 1 porsi buah or sayur...then malam aku akan makan fitness cornflakes (kellogs) with susu or yogurt lah...itu lah yang aku makan..but one a week aku akan makan sumthing heavy sikit like kueyteow or yong tau foo...then akan workout untuk memastikan aku fit kembali...kengkawan sila doakan keberjayaan syer yerk...tqvm..
